CSUMB, also known as Cal State Monterey Bay, is a publicly funded university located in Monterey County, California.
CSUMB Housing
Residential Halls are reserved for first-time freshmen and above who are enrolled as full-time students working towards a degree at CSU Monterey Bay. Undergraduate students must take at least 12 units per semester to be considered full-time, while graduate students must take a minimum of 8 units per semester. All students who reside on-campus must also have a meal plan. The eight Residence Halls are located at the heart of the campus, providing easy access to dining options, entertainment, and campus services. Each building features a mailroom, laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge area. Depending on the Residence Hall, occupants may share double or triple occupancy rooms with suite-mates, and the bathrooms will be shared amongst them.
