"You can have a good-sized double in hodg...unfortunately, I was in a forced triple. It was ridiculously small, but hodg is in such a great location I can't complain. There's laundry on every other floor and I never had to wait for a shower. There is also a private bathroom on every floor in addition to the 3 stall bathrooms."

"If you live in the 130s/160s double, you will have the tiniest room known to man. It is insane how little space there is in those rooms- BUT the bathrooms (at least on the 130s side) are so beautiful and significantly nicer than the rest of the bathrooms. I love single bathrooms. Also there’s an elevator! Half the washers and dryers are like always broken also so I recommend keeping a list of which ones on which side are broken or not with your fellow dormmates."

"I’m honestly sad to leave! The rooms are probably the biggest on campus. The common room is huge as well but is definitely in need of new furniture. As a result nobody really uses it. My favorite pet is since the rooms are big, there are less people living on your floor. I had a great community on my floor for sure! The bathrooms are pretty nice but can get dirty quickly. The kitchen is not really great and not many people use it. I love the location. Close to the gym etc. "

"Really the best location on campus. Easy access to food, library, campus center. I was in a double in the basement, which was a modest size. Rarely noticed a lack of space. Bathroom was an average college bathroom in my opinion, my water pressure was actually really good. Building recently renovated and looks and feels nice, but common room is a little boring sadly."

"Rooms weren’t huge but there was enough space. Had to share one bathroom with like 20 other guys which isn’t ideal. People on my floor are really great though and the building is in great shape overall."

"Stratton is a really ideal location in the middle of campus, close to most things. The building is newly renovated and very nice, with nice common rooms, bathrooms, and quite a nice kitchen. The rooms on the first floor are small (especially triples), but with high ceilings. The triples on the second and third floor are much larger. "

"Dorms are average, bathrooms are EXCELLENT, location is really good IMO (close to hodge, dewick, and davis)"

"Simply the best in terms of location and space for hanging out with friends (private access to suites unlike Wren or Haskell). Rooms are pretty standard, not as large as some of those CoHo ones. It’s relatively new and clean!"

"Super big rooms, especially the doubles. Single bathrooms are beautiful. It was recently done over and so it is a very nice building. Unfortunately no elevator so if you live on the top floor (there’s 4 floors but the first floor is the ground floor, and then there’s 1, 2, and 3.) There are 2 accessible bathrooms on each floor, which makes me laugh since there isn’t an elevator so it isn’t really accessible at all. The building is also super easy to navigate, which is a major plus. I loved living here."

"I loved living in Haskell my freshman year! The dorm room doors were mostly removable and the doorknobs had a nice sharp aroma to them. The toilet in my suite exploded one day and we got to live in an aquatic paradise for a few weeks. Nothing beats the smell of wet carpet on a humid afternoon! There was also this awesome room with no windows and a 4-inch lime green shag carpet which was used for storing spare furniture, testing fire extinguishers and spices, and defecating. I believe that room is now a triple...whoever gets to live in there is a lucky ducky!"
