have access to the gym and pool. The floor plans vary, but villas generally have larger kitchens. Villas does not go as far south as Vista, so you will be closer to campus living at Villas as opposed to if you were living in one of the south buildings of Vista (like building C or D)

PROS:
This place is more of an apartment than it is a dorm, but it is offered by the university. The bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of room to feel cozy. The fact that a whole queen sized bed fits with ample walking room is self-explanatory.
The mattress on the bed is extremely soft and comfy, though it is an odd size as some bed sheets might be hard to fit on it.
The bathroom is functional and definitely suitable for anyone as you typically get a private bathroom per bedroom.
In the shared space per room, there is a living room-esque area with couches and some shelves. There is a fully-furnished kitchen, including a full stove and fridge, which makes cooking possible.
