Rooms are small and the AC only works at certain temperatures (blows hot air automatically under 65 degrees, when it should ALWAYS be cold to be enjoyable). Heard of many mold problems. Cons: Toilets constantly clogged. Things broke. ROACH PROBLEMS. You cannot control whether you get AC or heat. The carpeting gets gross cuz you can’t see what’s there. Kitchens get dirty.
