I liked living at Agua Fria. It’s kinda far from everything on campus, but not terrible. You can walk, skateboard, or scoot. There’s a shuttle, but it’s rarely on time, so don’t count on it.

What made it worth it was the convenience. Jimmy John’s and GCBC are super close, and Panera’s not a bad walk either. The Riverbed arcade is right next door, and the River’s pool adds to the view. It’s literally right there. You step out of the apartment and you’re in the water.

No carpets in the rooms, which I loved. Way easier to clean. Fire alarms go off randomly, but that’s just GCU in general.

It’s mostly quiet since it’s away from the campus noise, but close enough to Missouri that you might hear gunshots at 2 am. So yeah, peaceful with a sprin...
