There aren't a lot of options for NIU that keep you close to campus and out of Stevenson, New Hall, and Grant, D Tower wins out. The rooms were the most recently updated when I lived there. Grant Towers is a very up to date dorm. The room are decently sized and the bathrooms are kept pretty clean. The down sides of living here us that there is no dining hall within the dorms, and it is one of the furthest dorms from campus.
