Very nice furnishing, rooms are clean, living room is very spacious, but bathrooms are a mess. No divider between toilet and shower. Location is pretty far from campus but is right next to Portola (the best dining hall)

Basically brand new apartment style living. Three rooms to an apartment with a kitchen and two bathrooms. Usually all the rooms are doubles. A little far from campus and Isla Vista food so make sure to bring a bike!

I lived on the second floor corner room and the rooms were double so it was an apartment for 4. It’s VERY spacious, clean, quiet, but it was the furthest off campus university owned apartment.
