It's ok. You're super close to farrand field, the grab and go + market, and the c4c which is nice. Lived on the 3rd floor during my time there, and although the summer was god awful in terms of heat, I had no real issues with the dorm. Really close to classes and in between dining centers which is nice. But it is surrounded by some of the busiest walkways on campus, so you'll always here stuff from outside even at 3am.
