Pros: The dining hall downstairs is a convenient option. There are many rooms on the main floor to study and two music practice rooms (but you need to check out a key with the service center, so late-night practicing is not usually possible). All of your mail is delivered to the service center/mailboxes downstairs. My (double) room is pretty spacious and has its own sink and bathroom. There is bike storage. There are also two kitchens on the main floor (but one is reserved for events, I think).
Cons: It is about a 10 minute walk to most classes in the center of campus. Not as close as Carson or Earl, but about the same as Justice Bean (and Unthank/Hamilton really).

GHS is one of the nicer dorms building at UO. The rooms are pretty new and well maintained. The food hall is GHS is also really good with a pasta bar and solid deli with lots of options. Rooms vary on size. My room had it's own sink which was super convenient so you didn't always have to go down the hall to the bathroom. Con would be the building is on the edge of campus so your walks to classes are a bit longer compared to buildings like LLC, Carson, etc.
