The best dorm at UB goes to Greiner Hall. It is the newest and cleanest building. Everything inside has a modern feeling as the whole purpose of the building is about eco-friendliness. You got air conditioning, and laundry rooms on each floor compared to one big laundry room on the first floors in most complexes. It’s a two-minute walk from the Ellicott Complex so all the benefits you get from living in Ellicott, you’ll get living in Greiner. The downsides are cost as Greiner is one of the most expensive living spaces, it only has doubles, and it is only for second year students. Most students after their sophomore year live off-campus as it is drastically cheaper per month.
