Worst dorms at University At Buffalo?

The worst dorm at UB is the Governors Complex. The building itself looks like a prison. With all the halls/rooms being confusing in terms of where they are. For some people it can be claustrophobic due to the narrow hallways and small rooms. It does feature a buffet dining hall similar to C3 inside and has a shuttle stop right outside. The upsides is that due to how small it is, the people are tightknit. You have designated areas for those who are in Honors College, Leadership House, Daniel Acker Scholars and FYI-Engineering. Just like Ellicott there is no A/C.
