Ranking the Dorms at Chapman University

Constantly had some sort of leak in my bathroom from the people upstairs as they broke their bathtub constantly. The room size is alright, but not as nice as other apartments, especially if you get a studio instead of a loft. The pro is that you get a full size bed. - 2 years ago

Amenities are very average, the laundry room is convenient though. The higher up you are the better the view is (RIP first floor). - 2 years ago

The kitchen and living room are quite spacious. The closet space is very big too! I was quite impressed with the space! The building itself seems old but that wasn't an issue. The internal functions functioned very well and the toilet was great aha! The shower head is not the detachable or handheld type by the way. The one issue I had were the windows - they were not really made of glass and the way they closed didn't feel that secure - this is my personal opinion though. I liked how there was some greenery near the apartment and the apartment is very very close to campus - just a few minutes walk. - 1 month ago

pros: close to campus, nicer kitchen and living area especially with large window
cons: smaller bedrooms, no ovens, small walk towards parking lot, study rooms are always taken, - 2 years ago

Rooms are really spacious and there are bathrooms in the rooms which makes life a lot easier for everyone - 9 months ago
