Excellent in comparison to other dorms, location a bit far from academic buildings, but exercise is good so it's ok. My room specifically had a bug infestation that was only resolved by taping up the vents, otherwise perfect. All worth it for a private bathroom.

Free laundry and two laundry rooms on each floor. Only one kitchen for whole building tho which is a bit inconvenient.

It’s a bit far from classes but close to dining halls and Aspire food court. Nice lounges for studying, but there is no community whatsoever. RAs...
