The building is great and in a great location. The room itself feels very much like a hotel though and there's no color. It doesn't feel homey. The rooms are small and the closets are TINY. Also the desks are really small and there's not a ton of storage space. But it's really nice having AC and an attached bathroom and a shower that always has hot water. I had a semi suite for reference.

I lived here my sophomore year, which was the very first year this new building opened to students, and I really liked it because it was so new. The suite style rooms hold 2 double rooms, a private shower, a private toilet, and a common area where the sinks and front door are. The beds are able to be lofted or raised, but the closets are small and they don't have a sliding door to hide what's inside so you have to install your own curtain if you want to. There are multiple modern study spaces on each of the 6 floors as well as a Chick-Fil-A and Jersey Mikes (both accept meal plan swipes) on the first floor of the building. Pros: Very close to campus, about 9 minutes to Armstrong; Chick-Fil-A and Jersey Mike's downstairs, Wiley next door for easy meals; New building, bathroom cleaned once a week; Fixes happen less than 24 hours; Room is pretty spacious for 2 people(can fit microwave, fridge, tv with space); 3 study rooms, plenty of seats and tv per floor Cons: Chick-Fil-A and Jersey Mike's have really long lines during meal swipe hours; Floor (not carpet) looks dirty no matter how much you clean it; Room lacks storage (1 4-drawer cabinet, 1 1-drawer cabinet, 1 shelf); Desk is small; Drying machines don't always dry all the way; Less drying machines than washing machines make it very busy on weekends Tips: 1. If you have a lot of clothes, g...

Great place to live, especially as a sophomore and above. There's a Chick-Fil-A and sub place right in the building and, since it's a new building, all the lounge places are comfortable and have plenty of charging stations. The bathrooms are great and the bedrooms are nice.
