Lived in Asia Hall. Pros: it's very communal so you do make acquaintances pretty easily. Modernized rooms and clean bathrooms. Cons: prepare to give up a fair amount of privacy. It is crowded and hard to find alone time there. Far from almost everything else on campus. Prepare to walk a lot.

I have stayed in two places on campus (ERC res halls and Revelle res halls) and visited Warren res halls.
