I’ve lived in 3 dorms and Broward is 100% the best. Unbeatable location, updated rooms and laminate flooring, an elevator (on one side), water bottle filling stations inside, I could go on. No dorm is perfect but in my opinion this is the best you can get

Great location to be near the libraries, stores, and just about all the activities on campus are just a 5 minute walk away. What you typically expect from a freshmen dorm. Was renovated a few years ago and overall was great. It is right next to the dining hall and is in the center of campus so you can’t beat the location. I would definitely recommend this dorm to incoming freshmen.

The Broward area is by far the best location to live as a freshman if you want to be central to campus and have easy access to dining halls, libraries, and classes. Great location, pretty new, and clean. Pretty much the only thing I didn’t like was that you couldn’t turn the AC off or mold would grow. It was freezing!!
