I’ve lived in 3 dorms and Broward is 100% the best. Unbeatable location, updated rooms and laminate flooring, an elevator (on one side), water bottle filling stations inside, I could go on. No dorm is perfect but in my opinion this is the best you can get

What you typically expect from a freshmen dorm. Was renovated a few years ago and overall was great. It is right next to the dining hall and is in the center of campus so you can’t beat the location. I would definitely recommend this dorm to incoming freshmen.
The Broward area is by far the best location to live as a freshman if you want to be central to campus and have easy access to dining halls, libraries, and classes. Great location, pretty new, and clean. Pretty much the only thing I didn’t like was that you couldn’t turn the AC off or mold would grow. It was freezing!!
