This is a good fit if you want more of an apartment style campus dorm with a privateish bathroom and a kitchen so that you can cook your own food (since campus food wasn't amazing during my time in 2016 when I lived there). Basic apartment. Pretty good isolation between units and nice complex. Most difficult to get to housing on campus though (greatest grade difference to campus)
