Birnkrant is a typically dorm but there's no AC so it gets really hot in the fall/summer. Location is really nice and convenient because it's right next to Leavey and the Village and classes are at a good distance. Bathrooms are shared by the floor and it can get loud sometimes.
Not a bad place to live freshman year, you can definitely create a good mix of social life and academics.
Good building because it's close to EVK, the Fryft pick up zone, and the other dorms but it's also quiet since everything happens at New North. Pretty nice community and great location in campus. However bathrooms are small, not much privacy, and bathrooms can be dirty.
