Blanton is close to the center of campus. (Its right next to tower) It has a good balance of being close to everything (off-campus, Kins, and classes). The only problem with this dorm is that there’s no thermostat in the rooms. It gets miserable during freeze as they boil your room and you encounter a couple sleepless nights. The lift is slow. Bathrooms are good.

People love to make fun of Blanton but it's honestly a great dorm because the social environment is fantastic. I made a good chunk of close friends just from my dorm. The bathrooms are also cleaned everyday so there is no worry there.

Super small rooms compared to the other dorms in my opinion. It doesn’t really have a ton of amenities, but since it’s part of the Honors Quad, you don’t really lose out on stuff. Blanton is considered the most social of the honors quad dorms, and what it lacks in amenities, it makes up for in social environment.
