I love gramercy I have a corner room and it is amazing. The bathroom is super nice compared to other dorms. The kitchen has lots of storage space and our suite has a nice common area. My only thing about the suite is that there is no ceiling light but this is pretty common for New York. Only major downside of gram is that getting to school is a bit of a nightmare when the trains/buses are running late.

Really nice dorm, I would 100% live here again. The environment is so nice and everything is really clean and fairly new. Transportation is a little bit inconvenient but still manageable. The area around the dorm is also really convenient and there are a lot of food options. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Spacious rooms as well with walk in closet.

Hands down the best dorm at NYU. It's large, modern and updated. You have private bathrooms, kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, stove top, large windows with NYC views. If you get a higher floor and you're on the south side you get light in the room all day and a view of the empire state building. The dorm is located near flat iron district which has a nice park, lots of food spots around. The only con is the distance from campus but there is a free shuttle bus that drops you off at Astor place. The 6 train also drops you in the same area. If you don't mind the travel and you get a chance to live in this dorm, you won't regret it.

If you’re living in the corner suites it’s unbelievable views with floor to ceiling windows. Bedrooms have no overhead lights but the bathrooms are modern and beautiful and the kitchens are generously sized. Laundry on every other floor. Some of the best housing in Manhattan, luxury experience.

Shit's far asf but its a really nice dorm. we had a DISHWASHER except that it broke every other wash. corner rooms are the best and the other con other than how far it is is that it has like 20 floors and only 3 elevators so sometimes you waiting forever for an elevator but it has a small gym (no free weights for swole people) and cute common areas.

Best NYU dorm no doubt. only con is it's far, but the free NYU shuttle takes you to/from campus daily in 15-20 min. Great location.

Probably the best dorm at NYU. Everything is new, windows are huge and the rooms are a decent size. The only problem would be the distance, but you're right next to the 6 train and a bus stop that takes you right to Astor place. Love love love this dorm.
