I would live here again only for the purpose of location. The building is old with obvious flaws and the street can get really loud especially on a lower floor.
110 St. Stephens is a bit of a toss-up quality-wise. On one hand it is very close to everything you could need on campus, but compared to other northeastern dorms there are quite a few negative aspects. For one, if your room faces the alley (at least half of the rooms do) there’s very loud trash pic...
It did had some obvious flaws.
