The utilities were super old and rickety. "Crusty" is the best word I can use to describe 116 St. Stephen St... It's old and dirty and falling apart. At least the rooms are a decent size and have kitchens. Don't expect enough room to host people. Only a few apartments in the building have living rooms.
Very close to the campus, a two minute walk to most buildings, five minute walk to Snells Library. I was in a double room and it had a private kitchen and bathroom. It's an older building with some character. The location is great, right on the freshman quad basically. The rooms vary wildly between different layouts.
