This is an unfurnished tiny box of cut up apartments with stained walls, peeling paint, perma grime, foul smells and of course, roaches. Run as fast as you can from this location. Do not accept this from the school. They should be ashamed to house students in places like this

Floors are at a 10° angle. Managed by Alpha Management (if you don’t know them, look them up😬). Very small. On-site coin-op laundry. No common area and barely any room for standard dorm furniture (bed, dresser, desk) - no couch or anything, only common area furniture is a table and 4 chairs.
