109 St Stephen's LP is a one-bedroom studio double with a one-person kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is small for a double; there is just barely enough space for the furniture. Lovely natural light in the mornings (and evenings when the light reflects off the building next door). No street noise from my room on the second floor. The gas stove, bathtub, and no proctors are a plus. The location is super convenient as well, it is a 1-2 minute walk to Krentzmen, Steast, and Marino. ~5-8 minutes to Whole Foods and CVS. Definitely not luxurious but it has everything you need.
