Good price, room was pretty big, lots of room to spread out. I had a little cubby where my bed was and I put up a curtain and basically had my own room, desk in the big common area it was nice. Good location on campus. Laundry floods a lot

Pretty decent for the price. Had a bunkbed but there was a decently large closet. The kitchen is extremely small and crammed. There were rats a lot and the building seemed to have a lot of openings for rats to come in.

Building plus: nice lounge/study area, in-house laundry with decent capacity and WATER FOUNTAIN (yes the fancy infinite goodness for the hydrohomies ones).
