I live in the whitestones. It's pretty ok, some of the facilities are pretty old. There's a laundry in the basement which is nice, I don't have AC (I live in the basement) so I can't speak for the entire building. Generally the location is unbeatable, and everything is just "good enough"

Cons: The laundry is up to two blocks away and there are no elevators. The kitchens and bathrooms are so small it’s hysterical. Pros: some have AC. The singles are small with big closets. It’s super convenient and very quiet.
