I think living at north district is pretty nice! The main pro is that it is very convenient since campus is just down the street. Another pro is that CA’s host a lot of programs that are free for residents. There are also a lot of study lounges and designated study spaces all around the apartment complex. I also like how the interior is very modern and new. However, a main con is that is more expensive than other on campus apartments. There are also issues with the wifi sometimes, and parking is absolutely horrendous. It’s really hard to find parking in the closest lot (especially at night time), so most of the time i have to park in the further lot and the walk is such a pain when you have a lot of groceries.

Living in north district has been really nice. I think the only con would be the price. You really are paying for the convenience of being on campus and living in such a new and nice building. Some pros are that sometimes the CA's hold programs and a lot of the time they give out free things or food or drinks, you dont have to pay for utilities, and it feels pretty safe. However, the wifi has problems sometimes.... Overall it's pretty nice and everything is new and clean; the rooms are kinda small in a 4-bed, 2-bath but the kitchen and living area is pretty nice and we get a lot of natural light which I love.

Living at North District is very nice and convenient! You're down the street from your classes and the study rooms are always nice to have since you don't have to go all the way to the library to find a place to sit down and study. I live in a 4 bed 2 bath so it's nice having your own room, but a con is that the walls are pretty thin so it's easy to hear your roommates and people in the living room even if your door is closed. I personally don't have any problems with the utilities in my unit, but if I do, you can just request a work order and the nice staff will get it fixed within the next few business days. Plus the sunsets look really nice with the buildings :)
