I was on the waitlist for 1 year and 9 months before we were offered a unit. Rent is currently about $1k for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom which is a steal compared to other apartments in Riverside of the same size/amenities. Laundry is free and my son has many other kids to play with from the Oban commun...
