The big windows are a plus for me and the rooms were a good size. I also like the convenience of there being a laundry room on each floor, though only when the machines were working. Pretty nice, super close to Dining Commons and gym and closest to rest of campus. Got my tire stolen from the uncovered bike parking so make sure you park in the center. Bixby was great!! It's right next to the dining hall and the ARC, and 10 minutes walk from most of the main buildings, Umall, and frat circle.
